If i had 3 wishes
I'd wish for a dragon, to have the ability to morphe into anything and (most impossible of all) to be able to paint:
Because i just cannot bloody do it!! lets hope the idea/research/fact that i tried is enough. They're Mathew Rice's birds come to life in Emma Bridgewaters pottery center. They're actually popping off the page, but you can't tell from the photo (camera's broken again) x

My first ever attempt at stain glass!
This week, we visited Stoke Minster. It was amazing! Although i'm not religious in the slightest, i've always loved churches. They're just so cool. I wanted to get across that the atmosphere was tranquil and yet eerie:
The blue image is a crucifix with white feathers (dove feathers) representing peace, the red image is a crucifix with black/dark blue feathers (raven feathers) representing creepiness/fright. I would've liked to have done something cool with the ivy if i had more time. It is made with actual glass and ledding, which will go black in time. Now all i gotta do is carry them down the road to uni without breaking them!

Guess what?!
Got my baby back:
Main sense of place project, we had to choose a place thats easily accessible. Visit it, draw it, take photos etc. Originally I wanted to do a Casino, but of cause it was highly unlikely they'd allow photographs (or even let you in if you're not a member) After getting rejected by two of them I settled for an Arcade.
So now I am now pointlessly registered with two casinos, yay!

Market People
Making people out of random things bought from the market is a lot harder than it sounds!! So far used a trowel, door stop, plyers, wool, screws n bolts, candles, buttons, a tape measure, paper clips, filters, and lots more. Pictures a bit crappy as my camera STILL hasn't been fixed!
I like the little girl lol, cute and scary. This would be a lot easier if i didnt have £83 to last me a month or however long student finance is going to take! Grrr! Doodles for tea project:

Hanley Market
Bit more fun than the Train Station, but also harder, as we had to stand in EVERYONES way to do fast drawings. We were pretty much ignored at the station, but it was almost as though the people at the market had never seen a student before! This works out pretty well for me though... as i already have 2 ideas for the project, both to do with this lovely bunch:
